"I decided to get on the scale and found I had lost 8 pounds (in only 2 weeks). Where in the world did they go? I thought I hadn't made many changes, but after thinking about it, I drink more than a gallon of water a day, I cut out artificial sweeteners, no diet sodas, cut way back on the alcohol, eat fewer processed foods, eat 3 times a day and fast for 12 hours religiously.
I like to be in bed by 9:30 to de-stress and read before falling asleep. My husband likes to eat late and sometimes we wouldn't finish dinner until after 9 and I would promptly go to bed. I decided my health was more important than his dinner time, so I cook dinner for me to be over by 7 pm and then I cook for him later. It's working!"
