The 30-Day No Complaining Challenge is a great way to reset your perspective.  The idea is to commit to refraining from complaining. blaming, and justifying for 30 straight days.  If you slip up, restart at Day 1. It may sound simple, but it’s definitely not easy.  I have issued this challenge to literally thousands – maybe tens of thousands – of people and I can count on one hand the number of them who actually made it through the entire 30 days.  I took this challenge back in 2009 and it completely changed my life.
